Amphibious Boot Camp Program:

Want to try something completely new and different with your workouts? Then join the Amphibious Boot Camp team! This unique workout structure incorporates both land based workouts and pool workouts for the ultimate fitness experience! Our seasoned Drill Instructor gives your body a workout head to toe every day and will bring your conditioning level to a whole new level.

Details: Land based workouts are held at Washington Lee High School Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00a – 7:00a. Pool based workouts are held at the Donaldson Run community pool Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30a – 6:30a. The program season runs from Session #6 (June) through Session #9 (September).

Members of the Donaldson Run Association receive a special discount when enrolling! Please make sure you include your membership number in the “Comments” section of your enrollment when registering.
